A Verified Cville Vendor™ is a CWS member that has undergone verification to confirm they are a local Charlottesville business vendor. To qualify, businesses must have a local address within a 50-mile radius of Charlottesville City Center.
Yes, any business is invited to join CWS and may select from any of the membership levels. If you don't qualify to become a Verified Cville Vendor™ your profile will not be allowed to list this distinction and you will not be permitted to use the official Verified Cville Vendor™ badge.
Achieving verification not only distinguishes your business from competitors but also supports the strength and integrity of Charlottesville's wedding industry by helping couples identify the local businesses that are the backbone of this vibrant community.
CWS provides a platform for all wedding professionals to learn, connect, and thrive; however, our mission extends to elevating our local business members to a notable level of distinction that differentiates your services.
As a Verified CvilleVendor™, you will gain enhanced visibility with a special designation on your directory profiles, and you will receive an official badge to leverage in your marketing and branding materials—further solidifying your esteemed position within the market.
Once you sign up for a new plan, your previous subscription will be automatically canceled. Moving forward, all invoices and subscriptions will be processed safely through Stripe.
Yes! Any unused credit from your previous subscription will be applied to your new account. Reach out to lisa@cvilleweddingsociety.com for your personalized discount code. Remember, these codes are unique to your signup period, so they should not be shared.

Yes, every membership package includes a 7-day free trial so you can get started completely risk-free! After the 7-day period, if you make no changes to your account plan, your membership will automatically begin and payment will be processed at this time.
Yes, when you upgrade your membership plan, Stripe will calculate the remaining balance and apply any credits to your account, so you only pay the difference between the old and new prices.
