A Verified Cville Vendor™ is a CWS member that has undergone verification to confirm they are a local Charlottesville business vendor. To qualify, businesses must have a local address within a 50-mile radius of Charlottesville City Center.
Yes, Businesses outside of the central Virginia area are welcome to join the Charlottesville Wedding Society and may choose the membership level that best fits their needs. Businesses that do not meet the criteria for the Verified Cville Vendor™ designation will still be able to participate as members; however, their profile will not display the local vendor distinction.

As a Verified Cville Vendor™, you will gain enhanced visibility with a special designation on your directory profiles, and you will receive an official badge to leverage in your marketing and branding materials, further solidifying your esteemed position within the market.
Charlottesville Wedding Society is built on our custom-designed, proprietary platform created to support greater visibility, connection, and growth. As the CCWEP platform is phased out, claiming your profile and confirming your membership on CWS ensures continued access to member benefits, event registrations, and your listing.
Once you claim your profile and confirm your subscription on the CWS platform, your CCWEP subscription will automatically cancel. All future billing will be securely processed through Stripe.

Yes, each membership includes a 7-day trial period, giving you time to explore the new platform, set up your profile, and experience the CWS vendor community. After the 7 days, your membership will automatically begin and payment will be processed unless you cancel during the trial period.
Yes, when you upgrade your membership plan, Stripe will calculate the remaining balance and apply any credits to your account, so you only pay the difference between the old and new prices.
