This Policy applies to wedding vendors and businesses (“Vendor Users”) and other visitors to the Website. While only Vendor Users are currently able to create accounts, CWS may enable account creation for engaged couples or other users in the future (“Couple Users”). References to “Users” include both current and future account types.

We may collect information you provide directly, including:

  • Vendor account and profile information: name, business name, email address, phone number, service area, website and social links, category, biography, pricing notes (if provided), and other listing details.
  • Submitted content: photos, videos, logos, portfolio images, descriptions, and other materials you upload or submit (“User Content”).
  • Communications: messages sent through inquiry forms, emails to CWS, RSVP submissions, and customer support requests.
  • Event participation information: RSVP status and attendance-related details for CWS-hosted events.
  • Future account data: if Couple User accounts are introduced, we may collect similar account and communication information necessary to operate the Services.

B. Information collected automatically

When you use the Website, we may automatically collect:

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, and approximate location.
  • Log and performance data: access times, errors, and interactions with site features.

  • Payment processors: Payments are processed by Stripe. CWS does not store full credit card numbers. We may receive transaction confirmations, billing ZIP/postal codes, and payment status information.

Vendor profile information and submitted content may be publicly visible on the Website.

B. With other users

When inquiries are submitted, relevant contact information is shared with the intended Vendor User to facilitate communication.

C. With service providers

We share information with vendors that help us operate the Website, including hosting providers, Stripe, Flodesk, Mailchimp, analytics providers, and customer support tools. These providers may access information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf.

D. Legal and safety purposes

We may disclose information if required to comply with law, legal process, or governmental requests, or to enforce our Terms, investigate potential violations, or protect the rights and safety of CWS, Users, or others.

E. Business transfers

User Content submitted to the Website may be displayed publicly and used in accordance with our Terms of Service. This may include use of vendor names, business information, images, and likeness for promotional, marketing, and community-building purposes related to CWS.
