We are Maria and Dayton, husband and wife photo and video team who live in Virginia but travel around the world to document love stories! Clients have the option to book us both for photography, both for videography, or one of us doing photo (Maria) and one of us doing video (Dayton). Our motto is “God writes the story… we just document it.” because we believe that the joy and love shared between a couple on their wedding day come from Him and it’s our job to step back and capture it genuinely. We specialize in Faith Focused weddings with couples who believe that moments should be experienced instead of performed. Photography and videography is not point-and-click or copying Pinterest poses; it’s about creating an environment where you can capture your client’s best self, and creatively capturing authentic moments that they will treasure for the rest of their lives. We take a documentary style approach so if it’s a time that’s meant to be posed we will, but if it’s a genuine interaction taking place then we will document it how it happens so you get photos and a video that FEELS like your wedding day! With Maria’s background in planning special events including weddings, we make all of our couple’s timelines with them so it’s one less thing they have to stress about during the planning process. Giving a one-of-a kind personalized client experience will always be our #1 priority. You are a person, not a booking. Our editing style is vibrant and true to color, and we love creating emotive and creative imagery! We believe our job is to be storytellers, and capturing emotions through photo and video is one of our favorite ways to narrate!
