Gabrielle Rose Art

At Gabrielle Rose Art, I turn meaningful moments, favorite places, and very loved pets into watercolor artwork that feels personal, relaxed, and actually fun to live with. Most people find me through live guest painting at weddings and events, where I paint guests on the spot while they mingle, celebrate, and occasionally try to guess how I’m doing it so fast. It becomes part of the experience—something interactive, memorable, and a keepsake guests genuinely want to take home. I also create custom watercolor pieces that bring personality into the details that surround big moments. This includes invitations, welcome boards, signature cocktail signs, venue illustrations, and other small touches that quietly elevate the entire event. These details help tell a more complete story and make the atmosphere feel cohesive and intentional without feeling overly formal or over-designed. Pet portraits are a huge part of my work, and they often make their way into wedding stationery and event details. I regularly incorporate couples’ dogs and other pets into cocktail boards, bar menus, invitations, and signage—because if they could be at the wedding, they would be. It’s a fun, personal way to include them in the celebration, and it always ends up being one of the most talked-about details. My work is defined by strong likeness, efficient technique, and an ability to translate real people and places into watercolor quickly without losing personality. Years of focused practice have allowed me to develop a style that feels both elevated and approachable—refined enough for milestone events, but expressive enough to feel genuine. Whether I’m painting live at a wedding or creating a custom piece in the studio, the goal is the same: deliver artwork that is visually distinctive, deeply personal, and built to last. These are pieces created to be kept, framed, and revisited—art that holds its value long after the moment itself has passed.
