the catering outfit is a locally-owned, boutique culinary design firm specializing in unique experiences for celebrations in the lives of our clients. we create immersive, interactive, food-driven experiences and pair that with our exceptional service. our philosophy: gorgeous ingredients prepared simply. the catering outfit was founded in 1999 by walter slawski, a man who loves to share his passion for food. walter has built a management team that shares his desire to provide creative yet classic experiences for the company’s clients and their guests while focusing on local and seasonal cuisine. we believe in our team. we have worked meticulously in creating a stellar group of some of the most talented individuals in the area, all the way from our executive management team to the servers & chefs who work each event.
