Aubrey Schreiber

I'm a hospitality professional, business manager, and nonprofit leader passionate about building meaningful experiences and sustainable businesses. My career began in high level hospitality, where I helped open a sister restaurant for The Inn at Little Washington and developed strong foundations in operations, service excellence, and team leadership. Since then, I've expanded into business administration and management within the wedding and events industry, where I currently serve at HeartRock VA. We love helping creative visions become seamless, peaceful events. In addition to my work at HeartRock, I cofounded a nonprofit micro-roastery called Cuppa Kaba, focused on ethical sourcing and worldwide impact. My current role spans operations and strategic development. I love refining processes, strengthening teams, and creating structures that allow businesses to thrive. As a working mom of two, I deeply value efficiency, intentional living, and building long term stability, both professionally and personally. Outside of my professional work, I enjoy gardening, exploring practical homesteading skills, and spending time with family and friends. I also appreciate a well crafted cup of coffee! I'm always open to connecting with fellow wedding professionals, small business owners, nonprofit leaders, and anyone passionate about building community.
