About Me

In addition to my role as Valley Road Vineyards' Director of Marketing, I’m also one of the winery's Founders. After having my career and raising our family in Richmond, I am so fortunate to live in this beautiful part of the world and get to work with my husband to bring Valley Road’s wine, events, Wine Club, and wedding services to our guests. I joined the Valley Road staff in 2018 after a 30+ year career working with advertising agencies in New York and Richmond, including The Martin Agency and West Cary Group. My favorite part of my job is working with our wedding clients to bring their vision for their special day to life, plus getting to know all of the amazing wedding professionals in our community. It's been an amazing way to grow my career -- proving you never stop learning, no matter how old you are!

The Barn doors open on three to provide your guests with access to breathtaking views and to enjoy the stars all night long. Plus – you both have all-day access to spacious and stunning getting-ready spaces! Worried about a contingency plan for weather? Don’t! The beauty of weddings at Valley Road Vineyards is that The Barn provides ample space for indoor ceremonies, yet ensures you still have the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains as your background. You truly can have it all! Our outdoor spaces provide so many options for Wedding Party photos, First Looks, Ceremonies, Cocktail Hours, and photos. Photographers love to shoot couples amidst the vines. Best of all, you’ll love our special Valley Road tradition: take a ride up with your new spouse up to the top of the vineyard during golden hour for some ‘alone time,’ plus spectacular photographs with the Rockfish Valley at your feet and the Blue Ridge Mountains and setting sun behind you.
