
I’m Carmen, owner and head baker of Meringue Moon, a fully licensed, and inspected micro bakery specializing in French macarons and gourmet cookies. Alongside my baking business, I work professionally in horticulture and landscape design, blending creativity and artistry both outdoors and in the kitchen. I’ve loved baking since I was young, and Meringue Moon grew from that lifelong passion into a business focused on handcrafted desserts made with premium ingredients and thoughtful detail. When I’m not baking or working in the gardens, I enjoy watercolor painting, spending time outdoors, and being with my family. I’m passionate about creating beautiful experiences, whether through landscape design or desserts that help make weddings and celebrations feel extra special.
