Cristelle Koerper

I’m someone who finds balance and inspiration through both my work and my life outside of it. I’ve spent the past 15 years in the Charlottesville event industry, beginning my journey at The C&O and now proudly serving at The Forum Hotel. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for creating meaningful guest experiences and supporting the teams that make those moments possible. Outside of work, the outdoors rejuvenate me, and traveling is something I consider essential—I love exploring new places, cultures, and experiences. My family is at the heart of everything I do. My two children keep life full of joy and adventure, and my husband and I always enjoy discovering a great restaurant or sharing a new bottle of wine together. I thrive in environments centered around hospitality, connection, and memorable experiences, and I bring that same passion into my personal life as well.
