Dalton Lafferty-O'Connell

I’ve been a natural host for as long as I can remember, which led me from Waynesboro to Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, NC, where I studied Culinary Arts and Food & Beverage Entrepreneurship. After graduating, I worked my way through FOH management before getting married, moving closer to home, and transitioning into private events a few years ago. Bringing people together has always been something I genuinely enjoy, and I take pride in being detail-oriented while still creating a warm, inviting experience. In my spare time, I like to read, garden, and frequent Busch Gardens and breweries with my husband. I also started playing Dungeons & Dragons this year, which has been a fun creative outlet and an unexpected escape from the day-to-day. I’m looking forward to meeting everyone and learning from others in the industry!
