About Me

Hi, I’m Hailey Beard, co-owner of Beard Mountain Vineyards and founder of Hailey Beard Events( serving Florida couples). I have over 10 years of experience in the hospitality and wedding industry, with a background in catering, floral, venues, and wedding planning. I am passionate about serving people, creating memorable experiences, and helping others celebrate life’s special moments. Nothing brings me more joy than making people feel welcomed, cared for, and happy. Whether I’m helping couples on their wedding day or growing our family’s vineyard, hospitality is at the heart of everything I do. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending time on the water, trying new foods although I could eat mexican everyday. I love networking, meeting new people, and building meaningful relationships within my community and the wedding industry. I’m excited to help grow Beard Mountain Vineyards and create a welcoming place where people can gather, celebrate, and make lasting memories.

Beard Mountain Vineyards is a family-owned vineyard rooted in hospitality, celebration, and a love for bringing people together. Nestled on 170 acres of Virginia countryside, our property is home to 15 acres of flourishing grapevines, with a vision to create a destination where wine, community, and life’s most meaningful moments are celebrated. We proudly host weddings and special events, offering couples and guests a picturesque setting surrounded by vineyard views, open landscapes, and natural beauty. As we continue to grow our production facility and tasting room, we imagine a place where visitors will be able to enjoy estate-crafted wines and experience the heart of our vineyard firsthand.
