Jae Dewald

I’m the Corporate Director of Sales for Heritage Hospitality, overseeing hotel sales efforts across several Virginia markets, including Charlottesville. I’ve spent much of my career in hospitality sales and leadership, working across Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Hyatt, Choice, and Wyndham brands, and I genuinely enjoy the relationship-building side of this industry. My specialty is connecting people with the right hospitality solution—whether that means coordinating wedding room blocks, group accommodations, meetings, corporate travel, or simply helping make an out-of-town guest experience easier. I love developing partnerships that are mutually beneficial and becoming a trusted resource rather than simply another vendor. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring Virginia with my family, discovering local restaurants and wineries, hiking, traveling, and finding new reasons to get out and experience the Charlottesville area. Through the Charlottesville Wedding Society, I’m especially interested in building relationships with wedding planners, venues, photographers, caterers, transportation providers, and other local professionals so we can confidently refer business to one another and create an even better experience for couples and their guests.
