Jazmin is the Founder and Creative Director of Anyvent Event Planning and built the company on the belief that beautiful weddings begin with meaningful relationships. Jazmin has always been drawn to the creative side of celebrations; how thoughtful details, intentional design, and a well-orchestrated experience can tell a couple’s story in a way that feels both personal and unforgettable. For her, the heart of the work has always been the people. Getting to know her couples, building trust, and guiding them through such an important season of life is what continues to inspire her most. Anyvent came to life shortly after Jazmin moved to Charlottesville, Virginia with her then-boyfriend (now husband). In a new city without an established network, she began planning weddings as a creative outlet and a way to connect with the community around her. What started as a small passion project quickly grew as word spread about her warm approach, thoughtful eye for design, and ability to make the planning process feel calm and enjoyable. Over the years, that small idea has grown into the Anyvent team, serving couples across multiple cities while still holding onto the same relationship-first philosophy it began with. More recently, Jazmin has discovered a new passion alongside wedding planning: mentorship. Through her coaching platform, Beyond the Bustle, she supports fellow wedding professionals, especially mothers, who are navigating the unique challenges of running a business in such a demanding industry. Drawing from her own experience balancing entrepreneurship and family life, Jazmin helps women build businesses that are both successful and sustainable, so they can grow their careers without losing sight of the life they want outside of them.
