About Me

Joshua Vance is a menswear stylist, shop curator, mentor, and founder of S.H. Franklin Menswear in Charlottesville, Virginia. With a background in personal styling, retail leadership, recruiting, coaching, and relationship-building, Joshua has dedicated his career to helping people recognize their potential and present their best selves to the world. A lifelong student of style and human connection, Joshua believes the right clothing can elevate confidence, create opportunities, and tell a person’s unique story. His passion is serving others through thoughtful guidance, meaningful conversations, and exceptional experiences. Outside of his work, Joshua enjoys exploring Charlottesville with his family, practicing yoga as a certified yoga teacher, spending time outdoors, reading, discovering great restaurants, and experiencing live music. He is interested in connecting with entrepreneurs, community leaders, creatives, and individuals who value personal growth, collaboration, and building meaningful relationships.
