Hedge Fine Blooms is Charlottesville's premier custom florist, providing a diverse array of floral designs and a shopping experience inspired by a European flower market. Our floral artists use only high quality blooms and offer their expertise for unique arrangements, weddings and other events. Originally founded in 2001, Hedge was purchased in 2007 by Karen Walker. A Vermont native and long-term Charlottesville resident, Karen is a talented designer with over a decade of experience creating arrangements and orchestrating events. She is constantly sourcing new flowers from an array of suppliers and growers, as well as occasionally foraging on her own property! Residing on a farm on the outskirts of Charlottesville, Karen is always looking for ways to further her commitment to sustainability. She is an enthusiastic supporter of local growers and works hard to support Virginia businesses. Karen's creative and talented design staff is singularly focused to provide you with special floral presentations that help you mark birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, or even no reason at all! Our goal is to provide happiness through our flowers, and we hope that blooms from Hedge will become an established routine in your everyday life, as well as beautiful markers of special occasions.
