Kelly Chambers

Hi! My name is Kelly Chambers and I am a professional violinist and teacher in Charlottesville and surrounding areas. I enjoy playing violin (and sometimes cello) for weddings, church services, events, and funeral services. It is a joy to get to customize music for people on these special, reverent, and momentous occasions. I also teach violin and cello. I particularly enjoy working with beginners and intermediate students and helping students of all ages feel safe and excited to learn these beautiful instruments. I am active in church community in the area, love a good lavender latte at Starbucks/Cou Cou Rachou with friends, enjoy hiking/the outdoors, love spending time with my two cats, Ruthie and Esther, and you can often find me paddleboarding out at Beaver Creek when the weather is nice. I'm always reading, whether it's soaking in scripture from the Bible, or a new fun fiction find, or a music-related book. I'm excited to connect with other professionals in the wedding industry so that we can share wins and struggles and even better support our couples on their special days.
