Kylie Bailey

Hi! My name is Kylie Bailey. I'm a wedding planner with Erin Cleveland Events with five years of experience in the wedding and events industry. I started my career in full-service catering, which gave me a strong foundation in logistics, guest experience, and all the behind-the-scenes details that make a wedding run smoothly. My time in catering while offering wedding coordination services also taught me the importance of teamwork on event days—I’ve learned how to anticipate vendor needs, stay a step ahead, and help create a supportive, collaborative environment where every vendor can operate at their best. This work is deeply personal to me. On my own wedding day, my planner never showed up, and we had to come together in the moment to make everything work. That experience completely shaped how I approach this job. I understand firsthand how important it is to feel supported, protected, and like someone is truly there for you when it matters most. I never take that responsibility lightly. My goal is always to make the planning process feel calm, organized, and enjoyable, while still creating a day that feels deeply personal and memorable. Outside of work, you can usually find me at the beaches of Lake Monticello, spending time with my family and friends, or planning my next trip to the ocean or Disney (probably BOTH)!
