Meredith Jackson

I’m Meredith Jackson, Assistant Director of Sales at Harvest Moon Catering, and I’ve spent the last eight years working in the event industry. Before joining Harvest Moon, I worked in local real estate sales, which shaped my relationship-driven approach and love for working closely with clients. I’ve been part of the Harvest Moon family for nearly four years and truly love the team I get to work with every day. I enjoy collaborating with our amazing venues and event vendors to create unforgettable experiences for both social and corporate clients. My favorite moment at any wedding is watching the bride walk down the aisle. When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me gardening, spending time on the river, or playing with my new puppy, Penny Lang. I love grilled seafood on a warm spring evening, a crisp rosé, and bluegrass music playing in the breeze!
