Rachael Cox

I grew up in Boston, where I learned the value of teamwork, grit, and a really good lobster roll. I kicked off my career with the Red Sox (yes, lifelong bragging rights), then found my stride in hospitality making stops at Marriott, IHG hotels & Oakwood Homes leading lifestyle programs before landing at The Wool Factory. These days, I’m the Event Sales Director at The Wool Factory, where I lead our incredible events team, build meaningful client relationships, bring in new business, and keep a close eye on those revenue goals. Outside of work, I’m a proud girl mom of three and a football coach’s wife, two roles that keep me grounded, laughing, and constantly on my toes. I recharge at the spa, never say no to a vibrant Pinot Noir, and have a bit of a knack for creating cozy, welcoming spaces. For me, hospitality is simple: lead with joy, practice generosity, and make people feel at home, no strings attached.
