Tea parties are my first love. Whenever my husband and I travel, we always find a place to enjoy afternoon tea whether on our honeymoon in Oslo, traveling through Sydney with friends over Christmas or on a fly-fishing trip in Canada - there is always time for tea. Even though I love to travel, I consider myself a thorough homebody. When I'm not working, I enjoy learning about interior design, homemaking, dancing tango, learning to fly-fish, getting dirty in the garden, and spending time with our Jack Russell terrier Gigi. Entertaining at home is one of my greatest pleasures and something I have enjoyed doing almost weekly for the past fourteen years. Pétale is my way of sharing that pleasure with others.
