As the Weddings & Events Representative for The Blackburn Inn, Shannon Jackson brings a well-rounded perspective to Virginia's wedding industry, drawing on experience in venue management, catering, event design, and wedding planning. Her hospitality-driven approach, creative eye, and collaborative spirit make her a trusted partner for couples and vendor teams alike. In addition to representing The Blackburn Inn, Shannon is the founder and lead planner of LuLumination Creative Collective, where she continues to actively plan and design weddings throughout Virginia. Her ongoing work as a planner provides valuable insight into the couple experience while fostering strong relationships with fellow wedding professionals. Prior to joining The Blackburn Inn, Shannon worked with The Catering Outfit and served on the venue team at King Family Vineyards, gaining firsthand experience in every stage of the wedding planning process. This diverse background allows her to understand events from every perspective and helps her create seamless, thoughtfully executed celebrations for couples choosing The Blackburn Inn.
