The Catering Outfit is a locally-owned, boutique culinary design firm specializing in unique experiences for celebrations in the lives of our clients. We create immersive and interactive food-driven experiences using menus that are consistent with the season. Their philosophy: “gorgeous ingredients prepared simply.” They source locally and regionally whenever possible, and are committed to sustainability (composting, using biodegradable containers when needed, etc.). The company was founded in 1999 by Walter T.X. Slawski, who built a team dedicated to creative yet classic experiences for clients. They cater weddings, corporate events, private parties — full-service, from conception through execution, with a focus on local seasonal cuisine.
